Moulding children into the best versions of themselves is its unwavering commitment.Role: School HR LeadResponsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into the school environment.Act as a point of contact for staff inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.Address employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution as needed, promoting a positive work atmosphere.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures to staff.Assist in identifying training and development needs for employees.Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.Promote and encourage continuous learning and growth within the school community.
