School Counsellor(Bund Garden)

Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group counselling to students across age groupsAddress emotional, behavioral, academic, and social concernsConduct counselling sessions, assessments, and follow-upsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and school management to support student developmentIdentify students requiring additional support and make appropriate referralsMaintain confidential student records and counselling documentationConduct workshops on mental health, career guidance, stress management, and life skillsPromote a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environmentRequired Qualifications & Experience:M.A. in Psychology (Mandatory)Minimum 3–5 years of counselling experience in a school or educational institutionStrong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in basic computer applications and digital record-keeping
