Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group counselling to students on academic, personal, and emotional concerns.Identify students facing challenges and create strategies for their development.Conduct sessions on stress management, time management, and study skills.Guide students in career planning and higher education choices.Coordinate with teachers and parents to monitor student progress and well-being.Maintain confidential records and prepare progress reports.Organize workshops, awareness programs, and counselling drives.Collaborate with school management and external partners for student development programs.
